Humjoli is a 1970 action drama, starring Jeetendra, Leena Chandavarkar and others. A shrewd villager, Gopalnath, visits Bombay and marries a plain-looking but sole heiress to a wealthy man's property. After marriage he has his wife killed, dumps his daughter in an orphanage and leaves for his village, where he marries his real love Shyama. Years later, his past comes back to haunt him. Shyama's relative and Gopalnath's daughter's suitor will not leave any stone unturned to teach Gopalnath a lesson.
