Rakhwala is a political action movie dubbed in Odia that stars Mahesh Babu and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles. Siddharth teams up with his friends to save the lives of several people during a flood. But when he learns that a local politician is misusing the food and supplies meant for the flood victims, he decides to fight the injustice.
