Vishwanath, an honest lawyer, is implicated and imprisoned at the behest of a powerful underworld don, GNK, and his associates. Upon serving his sentence, Vishwanath decides to seek vengeance, but finds out that it is virtually impossible to do this through due process of law. So he changes his identity and hires a gang of crooks and assassins to carry out his vendetta. What he does not realise is that his illicit activities are making him a fugitive while alienating him from the love of his life, Soni (Reena Roy), his mother, and his crippled sister.
